Meryddian > Mt Everest Base Camp, Tibet - October, 2007. The climbing season had just finished, although trekkers still were making the journey up to EBC. The two days we were there would have been perfect for climbing - low winds, crystal-clear skies. Even Everest's characteristic "summit plume" was nowhere to be seen for 24 hours, indicating low winds at the summit.
